SBK Membership – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 20 May 2025

4. Fees and Payments

Membership fees are payable annually or as per the chosen plan.

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

SBK reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Members can cancel their membership anytime via written request.

SBK may terminate membership for violation of policies or misuse of privileges.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

6. Travel Packages and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability.

Terms for cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds vary per package and will be communicated in advance.

7. Code of Conduct

Members must uphold respectful and responsible behavior during travel. SBK has the right to revoke privileges if misconduct occurs.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

SBK is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or delays experienced during travel.

All services are provided “as is,” with no guarantees on availability or quality.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Member data will be stored securely and used solely for membership-related purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Amendments

SBK may update these terms periodically. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
